BrowserIP ("we", "us", "our") takes your privacy seriously. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive your email and profile name from that provider.
We log browser session metadata: session start/end times, region, duration, and credit consumption for billing. We do not record the content of your browsing sessions.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
We collect IP addresses, browser type, and basic analytics to operate and secure the service.
Browser sessions are stateless and ephemeral. Each session runs in a fresh, isolated environment. When a session ends, all browsing data (cookies, history, cache, local storage) is destroyed. We do not inspect, record, or retain the content of your browsing sessions.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens) and preferences (language, theme). Disabling cookies will prevent you from using the service.
We use industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (TLS), hashed credentials, and restricted access to production systems. No method is 100% secure; you should use a strong, unique password.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Session metadata is retained for billing and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
