Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BrowserIP ("we", "us", "our"), including browserip.com and related APIs. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. The Service

BrowserIP provides on-demand cloud browser infrastructure: headless Chromium browsers you can control via CDP (Chrome DevTools Protocol), REST API, or our visual web interface. Each browser session runs in an isolated, stateless environment.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BrowserIP to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Access systems without authorization, distribute malware, or conduct phishing
Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service
Send spam or engage in fraud
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure
Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

5. Billing

BrowserIP uses a prepaid credit system. Browser time is billed at $0.10 per hour, rounded up to the nearest minute. Sessions idle for 20 minutes are automatically terminated. When your balance reaches zero, active sessions are terminated immediately. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when feasible.

7. Data and Privacy

Browser sessions are stateless: no browsing data persists after a session ends. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

BrowserIP and its website, APIs, and documentation are our property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform except as permitted through normal API use.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice.
